How long after your wedding did you order yout TY pics?

How long after your wedding did you order yout TY pics?

Am I behind?
The wedding was 10/9, picked up proofs 11/13.
We jsut moved, so we havne't had tiem to deal with this. I did narrow it down a little though. I want to pick soon, but I still need to unpack so much-- we don't have time to sit down & discuss it.




How long does it take after you order them?

We ordered them about 2-3 weeks after we got the proofs...and it took a week - slightly longer - for the pics to come in.

We got our proofs three weeks after the wedding and took a week to pick a TY. We wanted to get the cards out well before the holidays.

wow-and you got married 2 weeks after me.

I wanted to get them out write after Christmas, but I dont' knwo if that is goign to happen. they told me I have to come back in person & I really don't have time for that--its too far.

It took us 10 weeks to get the proofs, 2 weeks to pick out the ty picture, then 5 weeks to get the TYs b/c they were printed right on the card.

ETA: I actually think it took 7 or 8 weeks to get our TYs - I remember being pissed!

i had my proofs in about 6 weeks and ordered my thank yous right after that

I've had my proofs for while now and still haven't ordered them.

ETA: It should only take Duet 2 weeks to get them back to us

i would say about a month after my wedding we got the proofs back.

I still haven't picked mine either!


I am going to psot a TY poll soon. You should too! I t is just going to take some effort b/c all the pics are on both computers, but I have photoshop to resize them on my PC, but in the new place the phone jack is not near the desk, so I can only go online from the laptop, so we have to resize on my pc & then transfer them to his, and then post.

We are in the process of picking out our thank yous. I want to get this taken care of and its weighing on me. We did send handwritten thank yous out after we received gifts, but I am feeling guilty for not having not sent out the picture thank yous yet.

Our photographer sseems to be faster than some of the ones I have heard about on here. We had our proofs since about 2 weeks after the wedding, we chose our TY that day because I wanted to get it over with.

We ordered ours 2 1/2 weeks after the wedding and we got them 5 weeks after we ordered them.

we got our proofs in one month. we ordered them one month later, and they took a month to come in. so we sent them out beginning or november.
