How long after your wedding was your video/pictures ready?

well, I remember when I booked, my photographer joked and said that he'd probably have our pics back by the time we returned from our honeymoon. When I called (3 weeks after the wedding) he said 6 weeks. When I called at 6 weeks, his office manager said the norm is between 8-10 weeks. I asked her if I called back at the 8 week mark, was I going to get another number? A couple days later, I got the call from my photographer that the proofs were ready. So, we were a little over 6 weeks.

but, I wouldn't encourage anyone to 'push'. You might not get the best results.

My raw video footage was ready when we got back from our honeymoon. After we finished with that, I'd say it took another 3 or 4 weeks for completion. But, I requested A LOT of edits to be made because my Dh's cousin was behaving like an animal at our wedding and I didn't want to see any of it in my video.

Proofs - 4 weeks
Video - It will supposedly be in any day. If this is true then 4 months after the wedding ( 1 month after we gave them all the music, baby pics, etc)
