How long did it take you to finish TYs?

How long did it take you to finish TYs?

I'm approaching our four month anniversary, and I have about fifty left to write. I've already written 130. When will this ever end???

Hey Leena

We got ours out by the end of June - just under 3 months. But we did not have nearly as many to write as the two of you are writing.

My mother was asking about thank yous being mailed after only like 6 weeks - and we were on our honeymoon for about half that time

We got our thank yous 1 month after then wedding and it tokk me another month to write about 150 thank yous. I sat there a did some every night b/c I knew if I didn't it would take for forever to mail them out. I was so happy once the last one was written.

This is what I did. I just wrote a certain number (7-10) per night, every night. We got ours out 6 weeks after the wedding (we didn't have a photo thank you.

But I highly recommend setting a goal for each night, it really helped me.

We did not do photo thank yous. We had informal notes that coordinated with our invitations so we had them as soon as we got everything else. We started when we got home from Hawaii. I did my half, DH said he would do his. He waited too long and so I just took them and did them myself. It was around a month.

We just got our photo thank yous - three months after the wedding (we are so slow with everything). I plan to have them all out by Nov 1 - so under 4 months

I had almost 300 to write, and I wrote a personalized message in each one. I TRIED to do 10 per night, but that never happened, as various things would pop up every day.

I got mine out just under the 6 month mark.
