I dont know exactly how long...are you including having hair/make-up , or just getting dressed??
I was actually the first one ready.
My hair took about an hour, and my make-up, she came to me and it was about a half hour.
Then it took me about 20 minutes to get dressed

I was not living in NY at the time, so I was getting ready at a hotel, doing my own hair and make up. Hair was a simple wash, dry and hot rollers to curl then pinned back at the sides.

I got up about 6:30 and told family and BM's not to show up at the room until 8:30. By the time they arrived, I was finishing make-up - hair was done, and it had not been hectic. Photographer showed up about 9:00 or 9:30 to take pictures and we were ready to leave for the church about 10:30 to be there before 11:00.

My advice is to figure how long you need for hair and make-up, figure an hour (or more) for photos with Mom, Dad, MOH and BM's etc. depending on what you want, calculate your travel time to the church, then add at least an hour - more if you tend to always be running late. That should give you plenty of time to stay relaxed and fit in any delays. Our bouquets were later than requested, and that cut into our picture time a bit. Be sure to ask for those early.

Hair and makeup people came over at 5:30a, and all 6 of us left the house at 9:30a

I got up at 5:30, hairdresser came by 6-ish and started doing hair by 6:30. This was to get 7 girls ready (hair, make-up, and dressed) in time for pictures at 10 am.

Not long at all considering it was my wedding day! Went to the salon at 9:30, was out by 10:30 with my mom, moh and one bm. Home to eat, put makeup on and get dressed. Had time to take my time and actually sit down and take everything in. Even for a couple of phone calls and we were all ready by 12:30 when the photographer came!

It took forever! We started at 10 and finished close to 3PM. There was a lot of eating/socializing during that time as well...but we had hoped to be done by 2PM at latest, but it didnt work out that way.

It depends on how many girls and moms are getting hair and makeup done. Add 1 hour to any time that the hair/makeup people give you. Also make sure that you have some food/drinks. Eat breakfast! You will not eat much all day with so much stuff going on.

My hairdresser & make-up girl arrived @ 5:30 am. They did me, My Mom & MOH. We ate breakfast in our room, were very relaxed & we were all ready by 8:30 when the limo arrived. We could have done it quicker but I didn't want to rush.

Lets see got up at 7am, had breakfast, took a shower and then went to the hair salon with my mom and maid of honor. We had a 9 am appointment and we were out by 11:30.

Took me about 5 minutes to get the dress on because I had like 5 people helping me. It was crazy that morning!!

Not too long. I went to get my hair done at the salon at 9:30 ( was already showered and stuff) and was done in about 45 minutes or less. Makeup person came at 11 and my makeup took about an hour. Threw on my dress and accessories in less than a half hour. So I guess in total approximately a little less than 2.5 hours (without my driving all around).

I got up around 8.30-9.00AM and showered & shaved. Then had nails at 10.00am. This took until 1.30 because the 1st set they did I hated and I made them take off (a full set of wraps) and start over. Hair at 3.00. Makeup at 4.15. Got dressed at 5.30 for photographer at 6.00

We got up at 6:30 when the makeup artist arrived, everyone's hair was done the night before all we needed was touch ups. My MOH had everyone in the shower like it was an assembly line. The ladies did their own makeup. We left the house at about 9:30 am and arrived at my church at 9:55 am I always say take more time than you need b/c it will give you a cushion for when anything unplanned happens. I was so not rushed and everything went off w/o a hitch. Being on time does pay. We went to Old Westbury garden to take pix, then we attended our cocktail hour.

My ceremony began at 3:30pm, we'd lied on our invitations that our ceremony began at 3pm so that all our guests arrived promptly and on time. I'd had 3 bridesmaids and 1 MOH plus myself and my mother for hair, make-up, and getting dressed. Our photographer took pictures of us at my mother's house at 12:30 pm. My hairdresser arrived at 7am at my mother's house (where I'd got dressed the morning of the wedding) soon a 1/2 hour later my make-up artist arrived also. We did get everyone's hair and make-up ready by 12:30pm for pictures. We also had to travel from my mother's house in Ozone Park, Queens for my Manhattan wedding ceremony and we'd were on the road in the limo at 2:30pm. My dress was very eleborate, I also had panty hose, garter, shoes, headpiece, veil, and a lot of jewerly to put on.

It took me about an hour to have my hair done. Then, I put my makeup on in 15 minutes and got dressed in another 15 minutes. Not bad!

I got up at 6:30...but started getting ready at 7...I was out of the house at 9:30

I started getting ready around 11. Hair and makeup was done by 12.
Got dressed at 12. Was ready for pics at 12:30.

up, showered & dressed to go to mom's by 8. Then we had breakfast & the hairdresser came by 9. Mom went first, then one of my BM's. I was in the chair by 10, had makeup at 11 and I was ready to get dressed by 12:30. I had time b/c the phot. was coming at 1 & she didn't want me dressed.

Phot. started at 1 & we were ready to go by 2:30ish but b/c the limo hadn't arrived yet (UUUUGH!) we relaxed & took our time. It was a great morning ... I enjoyed that time as much as any during the day!!
