I would Love to Get the Max. of 7.5 Hours....

Lately, I have been sleeping better.....but sometimes I get up every couple of hours. I can Never Sleep Straight the whole 7 hours

usually 6-7 hours if I'm lucky!

usually between 7-8. I can thank DH for that. He wont go to sleep without me and likes to go to bed early.
Before we moved in I would get 5-6 hours tops.

I get between 5 - 6.5 hours

On the days I have work, only 5-6 hours (I stay up late even though I have to get up early). But on days off, 8-9 hours.
