we had 7 all of Jerrys Co-Workers but it was right after the tornado that hit Queens and they had to work

1 couple, who I still haven't heard from was a plain no show...everyone else at least called for a total of 6 additional to our no show couple.

We had 8 place cards left over but I didnt even see who exactly it was...so im guessing between 8-16...

It was Hurricane Earl so I can't blame them...

We had 5...

A set of my parent's friends (the husband's mother died that morning so it was completely understandable)

My cousin's boyfriend who didn't feel like going out that night

And then my cousin who was the no-show to my shower... I had gone to her wedding two weeks before mine but she couldn't be bothered to show up to mine AND she never sent a gift.

I had one couple who claimed the girl was sick (ahem, Adriana

), my godfather's girlfriend was sick, and an old college roommate couldn't find a ride from Boston so she and her date didn't show. She waited until the last minute

2 couple - one was a legit reason and the other never showed (and this was after they claimed to have not gotten an invite so DH personally went to hand deliver a second one to them and the wife responded ON THE SPOT with a yes

needless to say we don't speak to them anymore).
