How many pictures did you have in your album?

I am picking out the pictures we want and we are already up to 52. I think that is a lot and probably will be expensive. My photographer took like 500 pictures, there are too many to choose from.

You had a package of 36, what type of pictures did you pick? My problem is I want every close up and every kissing picture or every different spot the photographer took the pictures. It is so hard to choose. Not that the photographer did that great of a job, she was ok. I just like the hall and the views so much. Also, I have a large family, so there was so many pictures I have to have.

We mostly chose photos of the two of us that we thought we looked good in. The others were sort of the traditional posed shots, with family and first dance, cake cutting, etc. I just tried to choose those that best demonstrated the natural course of the day. I do have all the proofs, so for the album, I picked the ones WE look the best in.

We have 60 for our digital album. We're still in the process of picking them out.

We contracted for 40 pictures and I went up to 60 and it cost me almost $400 more.

It was woth it though.

Our package was for 40 pictures. I think we wound up choosing 48, so there were some pages where we put two pictures on one page. For us to get extra pages would have been really expensive, but it didn't cost us anything to have multiple pictures on a page.

We were allowed 60 and that was for a digital album. I inquired about extra and it was $75 per photo so needless to say I narrowed it down to 60.

Same here! I was stuck at 65 pics, had to pick 60. Called Patken, found out that price and said no way! Needless to say, my album has 60 pics in it!

60 right now but i think we will be adding because i am having a HARD time cutting the pics down
we had 700-800 proofs

We paid for 70, but that might go up when I actually sit down and pick the pictures..

Our contract was for 50 we wound up with 66. They charged us a lot plus they charged us for all different kinds of crap So in the end it cost us another 800.00

wow- that is a lot! our came to $230 extra, for 12 extra pictures in the album & maybe 5 few reprints (5x7s) We didn't do anything 'fancy' with the layout though.

Ya B rett M atthews Pi$$ed me off. When we looked at them they sold us the more expensive album Saying that that was the only album we could put more then one picture on a page which I loved. They showed us albums like that and everything. In this album you could do Panaramic and half panaramic. NEVER telling us that they charge you to put more then one pic on a page. So we went spent 3 hours there I was late to work. She picked out some of pictures and she was like 'look at how pretty this is' And it was but it cost us an arm and a leg. We were just going to call them and tell them to put one picture on a page but then DH asked his dad for the money as a christmas gift.
