How many proofs were promised in your contract, and how many did you actually receive?

If you received less than on the contract, were you compensated?

we actually changed our package on the morning of the wedding!

I am sure we have more than enough (1200)

Contract was for at least 1,000... I have 1,200
I wanted a lot of proofs.. I wasn't going to book anyone who wouldn't guarantee at least 800-1,000

I would think they should compensate you..but the main question is..did he/she/the company capture your day. I have seen alot of people get lots of proofs but they may be repetative while the photographer may have been able to capture your day in fewer shots with more variation. So take that into consideration..those with a quota tend to just shoot to fill it.

There was no promise of how many proofs we were to be given. But we got alot of proofs!

I agree. Our proofs are great. However, we spent an enormous amount of money, and received less than half the amount of proofs that were in the contract.

In that case I feel that you should be compensated. There is a difference between missing a couple dozen than half of whats promised. Have u paid in full?

There were some shots that I wanted that were not done and my photographer has agreed to get some pics from the video. So maybe they can work something out for you.

Either way....your day was beautiful..dont let this spoil the memory.
