We ordered our TY's at Papyrus through Carlson Craft and spent over $230 for 150 with the monogram/return address etc. and now I am regretting it because I probably could have gotten them much cheaper through a wedding vendor.
Sorry I cant be more of a help but mine came with our photography package but to order extras was $3 each.

I bought the boxed stationary from Cranes.
Each card worked out to $0.50. Then, I paid my caligrapher $0.15 each to write 'Susan and John' on them. Each wallet sized photo worked out to $0.50. I also had custom 'newlywed' return labels made. I think each label was about $0.25.
So, total cost per TY was: $1.40 plus the stamp
I know that Crane's increased the price of the cards, but back then a box of 20 was only $9.50
I think ours were $3.25 each (I can't remember if we ordered 100 or 125) for watercolor picture cards.

wc - very original TY card - I love it!
My MIL sells Carlsun Craft, so I ordered the matching TY cards along with my invitations, etc. Then when my photos came, I put clear photo corners in each one to secure it in place. Unfortuantely, I don't know how much everything costs as I included the TY pics in my package.

I designed mine myself, and then had them printed through a company in my town. it was $200 for 165 thank you's. (we actually got them as part of our photography package, but i didn't want those ones).

If you are considering going this route... check out mpix.com. I believe they are about 46cents each.... a total STEAL.
They give you a 4x8 card (with a 4x6 embedded picture).... AND they give you the envelopes included.

I bought plain thank you cards from Michaels... white with silver thank you on the front. They were on sale... $1. for a pack of ten... the paper was pretty thick.
We took one of our fav. prrofs and brought it to the Kodak Picturemaker in CVS (I know you are not supposed to do that) and got 60 wallet pictures for $20. We didn't give everyone a picture... for example, DH's boss.
