Since I went on a small upstate HM, I am trying to save up for our 'anniversary' honeymoon to maybe Hawaii or a sandels resort- or maybe even ITALY! (I am a dreamer)
So, for those of you that went to one of these destinations, or could recoomend something else that you LOVED, please share your estimated cost and recommended places to stay!

A friend of mine runs tours to different locations around the world... this year, it's to Southern Italy! So the weeke after our honeymoon, we went to MIL's house in CT for 4 days and we're going to Italy in October. It's going to cost us about $3000 each and that includes airfare, all transportation, rooms, almost all of our meals and we're going to 13 days

We went to the Caribbean, St. Thomas and we spent including air fare $3700. We did the All Inclusive at The Wyndam Sugar Bay and we stayed for a week. As for spending money, we spent about $2,300 once we got there.

I would ballpark it at about $3000 for a week in Aruba.

Loved Virgin Gorda (stayed at Little DIx Bay, a really upscale resort) for a week, cost us $5k. Highly recommend it!

We spent about $3500. We went on a 7-nt southern carribean cruise (sailed from San Juan to St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados and Aruba). We also stayed in San Juan for 4 days after the cruise. We were able convert our timeshare points for our airline tickets to San Juan so we didn't have an out of pocket expense for that.

Hi we are doing 2 HM's 1 we just did in June 11 days in Aruba and it cost us a little over 10k- the hotel we stayed at the Wyndham in a corner suite that cost us 7600( this price includes air too)- we also got the all inclusive plan but we ate OUT 8 nights!!!!!! the dining at night is average 150 a night and then we purchased a ton of suvinours ( lots of pottery) and then DH gambled just about everynight playing that texas holdem game or whatever its called.
Our next HM vaca is in October we are doing a Mediteranean Cruise out of Rome on 1 of the Radisson Seven Seas Cruise ships, that with air is costing us 11k. - oh I forgot to add we are staying 1 night before the cruise in the Westin Excilisor so that we can tour Rome for 1 day on our own.

Dh and I loooooooved Bora Bora. So exotic and secluded. We spent around $7800 plus spending money and food.

We loved Sans Souci in Jamaica- all inclusive, beautiful, incredible food, free massages, all water-sports. 3100 for a week including airfare.

We went to Italy for 2 weeks on a guided tour which saved us quite a bit. I dont remember exactly but I think the trip without spending money was about $5K for two weeks.

Hawaii - all together, with all of our expenses, probably around $12K

we went on a cruise to the Bahamas for 5 days/4 nights and to Sandals Ocho Rios in Jamaica for 5 nights...for everything(including speding money) it was $5000

we did 5 days in London and 5 Days in Milan.
Airfare and hotel were almost $5k.
Then, we probably spent another $2,000 while we there there
