How much $$ did you/are you spending on the 1 yr gift

Just curious....the gift I want to get may go into the $300 range

i spent about that on my dh i bought him a desk that he wanted that i was lucky enough to get on sale.

I really want to go away fora long weekend to Cape Cod or Newport, someplace like that.

So, I am not sure how muchit will be, but I am thinking at least $1000, if not more.

I am due to give birth on my anniversary. We were going to go away but now we will be in the hospital instead. Next year we will be going some where nice.

We'll be having our baby right around our anniversary so I doubt we'll opt for any expensive gifts although I woulnd't object to DH getting me a piece of jewelry

We're already discussing a 5 year anniversary trip to Australia.

Just bought it the other day, since we are going the paper route for 1 year, I got DH tickets to see Wicked on Broadway.( got seats in row C right up front) It cost 200.00 for the tickets. We are also going to go away for a weekend to Mystic , which I have never been to, and I have no idea what DH is getting me.

We went the cheap route to be honest. We probably spent less than $50 each on our gifts and we went with the traditional paper gift.

We had decided that since we went all out for our first Christmas, we would be a little tame for our anniversary. Plus we are trying to save for a house.

We're planning a 5 year trip to Hawaii hopefully.
