How much more did you spend when you went to do your album?
And what exactly did you add? I'm practically doubling the size of my album and am in shock at the cost.

We went to finalize the pics we chose in January, we have to go approve the layout in a few weeks, I am in fear of what they're going to entice me with

about $600 more
I upgraded the album, added about 10 more pictures, a couple of special effects and 4 more 5X7 prints
then she tried to get my to let them frame my 16x20 pic for $350- I had to say NO to that

about $550 more but that was because I had to add another parent album which was about $300. I have a lot of composite pages so I wound up with fewer pages than I contracted for. But I was really trying to keep it to a minimum so I was careful not to go over.

we stuck with our packages...additional pages were $40 EACH side so I just couldn't justify it after already shelling out so much.

It will probably be about 150-200 more since I am adding 6-8 pages at 25 a page.

I upgraded the style from the 'normal' pictures to a complete digital album and upgraded the parents albums, plus ordered another 11x14 pic so another $500-600 more.

We added about 20 or so more pics to our album - it came out to be $400 more.

The total balance of what I owed was $2100
This was due to the fact that I still owed them $600 from the original contract- that was my balance.
Then I was mistaken and thought I had negotiated for 3 parent albums- I did not apparently, so that was another $400.
Then, based on what our parents selected-- adding pics to their books, and their prints, it was another $300 or so.
Then, for our upgrades to the album, it was about $760 bucks. This included two panaramic pages at $165 a pop plus $10 for each pic feautured in the panaromic. ETA- plus my additional photos in the book.
And I thought sticker shock from the wedding was OVER.

$440 extra. We added 6 more pics to the album. A panoramic view that takes up 2 pages (DH idea) an extra 8x10 and a 5x7.
