How often do you redecorate

DH says I am crazy because we painted our bedroom in June, and I am sick of it already. I want to change the color which means I want to change the bedding. He thinks I am being wasteful. I think its normal to get change my mind.

What do you think

I decorate with the idea that I won't be able to really change it for a while. Growing up we were never able to do this.

I try to pick things that are classic, and will stand the test of time. I don't go too crazy with the colors in case I do wind up wanting to change things up, I can mix them together and everything will still go together.

I think if you can afford to do it, then why not?

eh, it's almost been a year. I say go for it. lol.

Personally, I don't really care to change things all that often. I get pretty comfortable in one setting and am fine with leaving it that way. But my mother's like you. lol. She was always rearranging rooms and I loved that as a kid. It felt like being somewhere new and different. hehe. I'm just not that creative. But she probably did it yearly.

I change my mind a lot too, but we put a lot into this place, and I dont want to spend money on upgrades that wont do anything when we sell

my suggestion is to pick a paint color that will work with your current comforter- its cheap to paint, and maybe that will be enough change to satisfy you

if thats enough maybe ask for a new comforter for your birthday or something, just a thought

I get bored very often so I tend to redecorate a little more than DH cares for. I actually tend to do the 'bulk' of my redecorating is when DH is away (like now) so he can't yell at me. LMAO.

Last time I moved the entire living room around!

I also tend to go thru the whole house and purge all the clutter and dust collectors. I LOATHE knick knacks so I usually toss em. DH comes home and always notices what is missing! lmao.
