How to address TY to a Reverend (repost from BHB)

One of my husband's bosses attended the wedding without her husband, who is a Reverand. However, we want to address the thank you note to both of them and couldn't figure out how to do it. We call his boss by her first name, 'Jane'.

So what do we write? 'Dear John and Jane; Dear Reverend John and Jane, or something else?' We've never met her husband, so we're not on familiar terms with him at all. TIA!

i think you only need to use rev. when using their last name. but i think its ok to just use first name in thank you, but on envelope Rev and mrs whatever.
