we are doing the old split up the day. morning with my mom, afternoon with his!

I have no idea but it will be my mother's first Mother's Day without my father so i know it will be tough for her.

I spend it with my Grandma- and the rest of my Mom's side of the family

I would prefer to skip it all together- but there is no point making my Grandma upset on a tough day

I hope Jake will come with me- but I am sure his Mother will throw a fit - like she always does

At his nephew/godson's communion. My mother lives in SC and his mom is no longer with us.

Brunch at DH's mom's together, then dinner probably at my mom's. DH and I stay together so we both get to see both moms.

My mother lives in Florida. We're trying to get everyone else (his family) to come to our house so we don't have to travel

His mom.....we have been with my family for almost every holiday--it was actually my idea to visit his family...aren't I good?

ETA: Both of our parents don't live anywhere near us!

I guess at his mom's, my mom is in NC and my Grandmother is in PA.

That's what we're doing this year. DH's mother lives in NJ so it's so much traveling to do both.

We'd do this if he weren't in the middle of finals. Now his mom wants me to hang out with her I'll be with my mom all day.

DH will be away.....SO I am lucky that we don't have to do the who goes where thing! I will be my mom's on the way i will take one for hte team and stop in to see my MIL.

Looks like we will be doing brunch with his mother (against my better judgement) and dinner with my mother and grandmother

mine lives in florida. but i will see her 2 weeks later for her b-day. dh will be cooking for his mom
