He works for National Grid and he had to go in on Saturday from 3pm to 11pm....then on Sunday from 7AM to 10pm...yesterday he had class till 10pm...then tonight he went home but he is working the overnight...8pm to 8AM!!!!
He is a supervisor and they are dispatching crews to restore power to all lost customers...I miss him...barely seen or spoken to him in the last couple of days since I go to bed early.

Cindy, what shop is he in? My brother in law works for them as well but he is on the truck- He's been working almost the same hours as your hubby, wonder if they know eachother!
So sorry though, Iknow what you mean. DH gets over time because he'sworking by chelsea piers now...stinky :(

So basically they have him working for nothing... thats so crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I heard once NG took over it all went down hill though...makesme sad to think all these guys work their butts off and see nothing for it....
hopefully he'll be home early soon!

It did go down by what he has told me...s*cks to be management...but the next time there is a need for this they really cant ask him since he has done a lot for this restoration

aw girls that stinks to have your hubbies gone so much. . and to not get OT is RIDICULOUS!!!!
but at least you know he's out there helping people get back to their lives! and for gina prob saving peoples lives during the winter for sure!!!
