Hubby lost his wedding ring....

We got home from a Christmas party, then he was outside and then when he came in he looked down and said 'where's my ring???' - then we searched the house and outside frantically and had no luck I feel so sad- he told me it was just a ring and that nothing could ever break our bond but that he hopes that we find it- and I freaked out and started crying because though he's right- it's a symbol, that we gave eachother at our wedding
Anyone else have this happen yet? If so, how did you react and what did you do if you didn't find it- just go out and buy him another ring????

Many husbands lose their wedding rings shortly after the wedding. DH has not lost his but I hope that I would not be too upset. He cannot go out and buy a new one and would have to contact the jeweler to make it all over again.

Fortunately, DH's ring is a bit tight over his knuckle so it does not slip off. He must take it off with soap or lotion.

aww so sorry to hear this! if it makes you feel any better- my DH lost his on the honeymoon!!! he took one of the resorts sailboats out by himself while i sat and read on the beach. WELL... he ended up flipping the sailboat over, falling into the water, and his wedding band is now at the bottom of the carribean somewhere!
i was upset, but i got over it pretty quickly, becaue a lot worse could have happened. as soon as we got back from the honeymoon, dh went and bought a new identical ring. it stinks... and i keep saying that thats why men's wedding bands are so cheap!

This is what I would do. Sorry to hear that DH lost his ring
