I just bought DH his Christmas present and omg....it was so expensive. I got him a saxophone -- he used to play and gave it up and mentionned recently he wanted to take it up again as a hobby. So I went out and got one.
He better have some good surprises in store for me this year cuz DAMN my wallet feels empty

i figure its okay to splurge this season cause well--they are our HUSBANDS now!!!!

Wow, you guys are good. I haven't even thought of christmas...but then again, I just got back from HM on Saturday. I'm so excited to have our first 'married' Christmas.
But I'm with you on the Husbands are expensive thing. Right now, I'm adding DH to my health insurance

very true. I really wasnt planning on spending that much but then I realized its our first 'married' xmas. So I went and splurged big time But I dont feel bad. At least....not til the credit card bill comes in

you are such a good wife! That's an awesome gift!! I loved when I got DH his guitar- granted I didn't get the tippy top of the line but it was good enough since it really is just a casual hobby.
