The weird thing is, i have been home and havn't even been exposed to people. Since the snow came my dh cant drive his car in ice so he has taken my car all week.
I always thought you had to catch an illness from someone, but i havn't been around anyone.
Oh and my little doggy is sick too! He just crapped his brains out

Make yourself some freshly squeezed orange juice asap....or take some Emergen-C. I also find that taking Ziacam also helps a lot.

zicam always works for me. and tea with honey and orange juice.
also OD on nyquil and get a good night's sleep!

Ugh, the begining of a cold stinks!! It is like you know it is coming and there isn't much to do to stop it!

yes i know and im going to sleep on the couch tonite, DH is freaking out...he cant get sick, he is the busiest he has ever been in his entire life and he cant afford to be sick right now...I am going to the doc tomorrow, hopefully he can give me a cortizone shot.
I have been taking steam showers all day, and that really helps

aw, hope you & your doggie feel better..
try drinking alot of hot fluids... last year i took airborne when i felt myself getting sick. works wonders!!
