...i have a promotion test today at Tae Kwon Do to get a third stripe on my blackbelt...hoping to come back with minimal bruises! Hope everyone enjoys this HOT day!

i am so freakin' tired...it was hot & a long test since a fellow student was going for his black belt...just when we thought we were done...he made us do 50 squat thrusts with kicks in between but we all passed...

oh you should...i LOVE it...i go about 3-4 times a week...i started in 2001...took a year off in 2003 when i moved out here...but then started going back in 2004...i drive to Lynbrook for classes...my Master there is Korean and is incredible...i tried a class out here and was so disappointed...
