OLD!!!! ARghhhhhhhhh...I got an invitation to my 20 year High School reunion!!! They are holding it at the Wyndham Wind Watch...and its $100 per person!! WHAT ARE THEY CRAZY????
First of all...I do not need to spend $200 to spend the night with people that I didnt really like 20 years ago!!
2nd...Can anyone tell me if the Wyndham Wind Watch worth $100 per person???

You are only as old as you feel anyway. I feel about 20 (except when I get up in the morning then I feel about 90) .
I cannot believe $100 per person. Are they serving you lobster and Dom Peringon? For that price they better be!!

Do you mean the WindWatch in Hauppauge? If so, than yes, it is definitely worth it. Michele31's wedding was there and the place is beautiful and food was very good.
Lisa...I was upset that my 10 year was $95...we had buffet...but I guess it paid for the music...and all the other costs..
besides the liquor...it wasn't really worth it...and while my frineds and I said we were glad we went...we would never go to another...
If they had it at the HS Gym...for half the price...i think more people would come and it would be much better!

You are not old. Unfortuantely renuins do caost that much. Mine was like $90 and I thought that was expensive. I didnt go to mine, so I cant say whether it was worth it. Mine was at the Huntinington Hilton, and it was a buffet.

Truthfully, I'd pay the $100 to go out to the WindWatch for the evening. It's the $90 to eat in the school cafeteria that kept me from attending my 10 yr reuinion (that, and I lived in CA)!

It might be in the hotel over there too. I am sure it would cost $100 per person, if there is an open bar for a catered affair there.

LOL - You're NOT old! $100 is actually the going rate for reunions - my 10 yr was supposed to be last year and they charged $100pp for the Huntington Hilton! It's like a $&^*% wedding

we are actually going to be on vacation when they are having the reunion, so that settles that!!
Our 10 year reunion was at the Crystal Palace. Its now called Stewart Manor, I think. From what I hear from others, Stewart Manor is fabulous where as the Crystal Palace was HORRIBLE!! We paid $65 per person and I drank my $65!!! the food was horrible, so that is why you can see why I am questioning their choice for our 20 year!!
