Okay, I know this is a wedding website and this is a newlywed board, but is anyone else just sick of looking at the same pictures and video? I'm putting my album together and I'm just not excited anymore. And I've seen my video five times - all 2 hours of it. I think I'm second guessing things - ALMOST A YEAR LATER. And I find songs stuck from the video in my head.
I want to put everything away and only take it out next year, at our 2nd anniversary, but I still have to do the album, so the pics are just sitting in the living room, waiting until we have the money for professional enlargements, along with the box with my dress (which is too big to fit anywhere else).
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being married, and I loved my wedding, but it's getting on my nerves. Eventually this will fade and I'll love it again, but right now...
Anyone else feel this way?

Yes I understand where you are coming from. I need to proof my digital album and I have had it for a month and still haven't done it.
I love being married and like you loved my wedding but I feel like it's old news and doing wedding stuff just isn't on the top of my list anymore.

I haven't even done our album yet because I'm just so sick of it. LOL I wish someone else could pick them so I can be done with it already. I love the marriage part, just tired of the wedding stuff.

I'm just the opposite. Although the process of picking out the pictures got old after awhile, I can't get enough of the wedding planning. I helped my friend with her wedding, which was yesterday and another friend whose wedding is in September. DH thinks I should do it for living and 'at least make some money at it', but I don't think I would enjoy it as much if I had to do it .

I was sick of my wedding about one month later! I haven't even picked up the video yet! Not even picked out the proofs to get prints!
I love my marriage and the wedding was fun, I am glad we did it, but I badly needed a break from all the plannning.
Maybe I'll get in touch with the videograher now!

yes! I feel like the wedding planning never ended, b/c I am still dealing with organizing pictures & mementos.
I jsut want to get my 8x 10 & hang it on thr wall & put everything else away, so can finally feel married & done with the wedding.

Nope, not yet. We only just got our framed 16x20 on Friday. We haven't seen our album yet -- we are expecting to see the first draft by the end of the month, and we just heard from our videographer that we should have that by the end of the month.
But I can see how you would start to feel that way, especially if you are doing a lot of the work yourself. Because even though you love your pictures, it's now a chore to get the projects you have started done.
I'm sure if you take a break from everything, you'll feel better next time you look at everything.

My husband says the same thing -- I just helped my MOH with her wedding in March, my bosses daughter with her wedding which was this past Saturday, and now I'm in the middle of helping my best friend with her July wedding.
