I am so aggrevated with this computer!! HELP!?

I am so aggrevated with this computer!! HELP!?

I am SO disfunctional with this thing! I am lucky I can find THIS website all the time!! Why is that when I try to do something, the darn computer won't let me?!!! What an attitude!! Anyway... now that I am done ranting.... I am trying to register to pay a new credit card on line like ALL my other bills... and this thing about 'cookies' pops up. So I avtually found the setting to change it (both on aol that I am using & on internet explorer) and changed them to accept these cookie things. NOW WHY WON'T IT?!!!! What am I doing wrong?!!!!
