I am so upset today

After waiting 6 months for the buyers, today I found out that the co-op board officially rejected the people that were supposed to buy my apartment. What's worse is that I have no legal recourse and they won't tell me why they rejected them. Now I am paying a mortgage, the apartment, and to boot I have to start the search process all over.

I'm really having a miserable day. And the stress is really getting to me. Just venting. Thanks.

Gosh So Sorry. I don't think they can just reject someone and not let you know why. Seems to me if they are not telling you it is really not a very legitimate reason. I would question them more. Can you rent it out?
