I am soooo furious at my bank right now

I am soooo furious at my bank right now-

Over two days we deposited all the checks from the wedding.

One day at the Citibank in Queens and another day at the Citibank in Farmingdale.

All the deposits from Queens went through ok - but the deposits from Farmingdale got all messed up - they are telling us at least one check from each deposit is missing!!

It's not possible...I've NEVER done anything like that before.

Now there isn't even a way to prove it!! They have to do an 'investigation' which means nothing probably....

UGH has anyone had this happen to them - any advice?

That is really annoying!!! I cannot believe THEY lost checks!!!!
I don't have any advice, but maybe they will clear this all up with out any more inconvenience to you!!!
