I hurt my neck really bad this weekend and I can barely move. I can't sit up by myself.. well basically I can't do anything but lay down. Right now I am propped up on 5 pillows just so I can use the computer and have some interaction with the outside world. I obviously had to call in sick to work, but DH has work (and had work last night too).. so im literally stuck home in bed doing absolutely nothing... I can't even make it into the kitchen on my own to get food.
I have nothing to take for the pain either
I need to see a doc but have no idea where or who.. any suggestions?

Call your regular Doc and if they can't see you go to the ER.

Yeah call your everyday doctor, they might be able to refer you to someone if they can't help you.

Ouch! This happens to me every so often. Go to your regular doctor and see if they can get you some Medicine. Maybe some muscle relaxers might help. Try taking some IB profen. Also hot showers and a heat pad may help!
