He's been around for decades -- and I'm pretty sure he's got a plastic surgeon on speed dial. He's like an 'astrologer' and I'm embrassed to say that on either Telemundo or Univision during the news broadcast---right towards the end like when you might have lotto numbers or something--they have him giving the daily horoscopes. Sadly people believe him.
He's the most flamboyant weirdo EVER when he talks too. it cracks me up when he turns to a different camera with each sign he gives a horoscope for
