2nd of all- If you REALLY didn't care you would s t f u about it and be NORMAL! She seriously hasn't shut up all day and I'm seriously ready to rip every hair out of my head. It's like a freakin drill, she just wont stop.
THANK YOU for making my ValentiMes day so wonderful that I can enjoy it with my husband. I'm sure I will go home in WONDERFUL spirits after sitting in this office with you for 11 hours today.

Awww...you should do what my co-workers did one year when i had no man...my friend Derek started the 'Kathy ain't got no man fund'..which turned into the 'Kathy can't get no man fund'...and he took a collection in the office & went out & bought me flowers...it was hysterical...then i also got flowers from an ex...it was a great v-day! hahaha..you could get her some to shut her up!
As for us today...not doing anything i know of between...Dh calling it a Hallmark holiday..(.he did at least send me an e-card with some nice words) and the fact that we could only afford Taco Bell at this point... But enjoy for the rest of us!!!

Some people are just miserable. In Highschool i was like that..I am ashamed to say I popped a ballon a guy gave me because I was trying to be anti-V Day and dress in black all goth and his feelings were sooo hurt. I cried lol. Made it up to him later.

i really dont get why everyone's gotta be so bitter about it. i mean - i understand if if makes u lonely...but why not look at the bright side & see ALL the love in ur life?? I had a friend send out an email today that read 'So today, instead of dreaming about 'the one' or sulking in loneliness - i'm thankful for ALL of the love in my life. whether it's friends, family, my pets :) or whatever - I love you all so much & i'm thankful for all the love & joy each of you put in my life!'
no THAT'S someone who has a great outlook on life i was single for many valentines days - and i was still so happy & bought single roses for all my friends, etc. there's no need to be miserable. people can be such downers...

We technically celebrated last night - went out to dinner. But I'm going to surprise DH tonight with a home cooked meal, maybe some candles, and serve the food in some lingerie... that is, if I don't fall asleep as soon as I get home

I totally agree with the others; I hate when people for some reason are so anti-holiday, be it 'Valentime's Day' or whatever. Even if you're alone, you still have family & friends to share it with. I always send my best friend a Valentine's card.
We're just having some takeout from our favorite Italian place, watching Lost and then who knows.......

She's in SUCH a bad mood I ALWAYS had a nice V-day, with or withOUT a man... it's just so silly. I definitely am one of those sour-pusses who calls it a Hallmark holiday but I'm not a PSYCHO about it I've always celebrated with friends and been happy for other people who were having a quiet evening with a SO...
Thanks girls for the ideas... I still don't really know what I want to do tonight... We want to stay in and have a nice dinner, but we also want to go out for a nice dinner. Cant make up our minds Well despite this PSYCHO babbling in my ear every second, I'm actually pretty siked for tonight & our lack of plans

Valentimes when you're 5 = cute Valentimes when your 49 = I want to smash your stupid face in.
DH and I celebrate 75% off day it is celebrated on February 15 and the restaurants are a lot less crowded.
