I feel

I'm so sick of being home, i cook and clean and run errands work out, but i feel like i have zero social life it *****! i go almost the entire day without saying a word till DH is home. dh is going out Friday night and all my friends are busy, that means ill be in the house all day all night alone, sorry i don't mean to sound like I'm whining I'm just frustrated and feel a little down

to top things off I'm in a argument with my mom and were not talking.

please don't quote i just need to vent

Plenty of hugs for you. I am having a week from hell also. I think the weather is really not helping my mood either.

Sorry. This is just temporary, you're not going to be unemployed forever! Maybe you could volunteer some where just for the time being to get yourself out of the house and to keep your mind occupied.

and Kim, this horrible weather definitely effects me and not in a good way.

I know how you feel, I work from home a lot and sometimes do not interact with anyone, other than dh, for days.

i think this weather is another thing getting everyone down

if everyone is busy, make it a night for YOU! i did this recently and actually loved it lol..but seriously.. snuggle up, order in some sushi, grab a bottle of wine, watch a chick-flick(i watched under the tuscan sun ) ..and give urself a mani-pedi in the middle of it all

hang in there! we all go through phases like this..the week will soon be over - the weekend will come & then it will be the start of a whole new week

thanks girls, im sorry to vent this on you, it just gets to me i don't even have a reason to put on makeup anymore..

i thought about having a night in with myself, but that's all i seem to have these days

Aw Linda I've been in your shoes and know how you feel. The right job will come for you soon. As for anything with your mom these things happens between mother and daughter...my mom and I argue at least once a week but then we get over it. It'll get better soon on all fronts

DH works late and my friends all work nights (but they're not hookers) we can do some sort of extra curricular activity if that'll help. Maybe that jazzercise class everyone on here talks about.

I'm unemployed too and the biggest thing I miss is the daily interaction with people. I'm very outgoing, but I feel like I'm losing my edge! And I can't afford to lose that or else I'll be useless on interviews!

Stay positive!! Come out to some GTG's!!!! That's what I'm doing

I think that it is easy to get in a rut with this weather plus your job hunting..it is natural and will pass

Unemployment can really take a toll on your self worth. I was unemployed for a year and it was really depressing. It won't be forever and maybe since your house is so clean we can have a party. Oh, and you hair looks awesome!

do you have any interviews set up for anything?

maybe just dress up and walk into some places to drop off your resume....

you can stop by and visit some of us if you like.......my office loves visitors....esp with cookies and cupcakes, etc.....
