... bc we don't have any ketchup in the house!! i do all the food shopping, so it is clearly a bad on my part, bc i threw out the ketchup bc i left it out by accident! ugh, now i have to run to the store

Oh yeah right. Dh would definitely have to rough it without ketchup if I forgot. Once I'm home I don't go back out!

LOL So funny my DH NEVER USES KETCHUP EVER! Not even on French fries. Isnt that weird??? He doesnt get that you put this sweet stuff all over food that tastes great as is. I guess i could understand that. But still not even on french fries????? lol

Your DH sounds like me. I never put ketchup on french fries. The only thing i put ketchup on is a burger!

Aw you are a good wife for going back out to get it. However, for future reference, you can leave ketchup out (even after its been in the fridge) and it'll be just fine!

Oh please girl... you know how many times I forget to buy things or we run out of! haha!! I don't even cook for my hubs anymore. well not never.. but most days i don't cook. I'm lazy now.
But you can leave ketchup out. It doesn't have to be refrigerated. Or at least that's what I thought. We keep ours in the fridge but I def have friends who don't and it's just fine. No need to throw it out.
