I finally did it!
Boredom has amazing powers I went back to the gym last night!
When I walked in and scanned my card the lady at the desk informed me that I had not been in over 100 days![]()
I said my double chin and I know. I only had five mini heart attacks on the treadmill. Even though my legs hurt I feel great today and am so glad I went. I may just go again tonight!
