Second Department - Even though I work in Manhattan, I live on LI and was admitted there.
I sent in the paperwork around October 24th or so and received my marriage certificate and confirmation letter that I can start using my married name early last week.

I was shocked at how quickly I got mine.
I actually had heard it normally takes about 2 months.
