i had an interesting procedure done today!!!!

I had velashape- it's supposed to help with cellulite and be one of the only treatments to successfully treat it.

While I am a thicker kinda girl I don't have cellulite really bad but since the last time I put on some weight I noticed something scary start creeping down the back of my legs- can u say freak out- my DH says i'm impulsive, I like to say i'm preventive.

Its 4 treatments total a week apart. I had my abdomen, lovehandles/muffin top and thighs done.

I can't wait to see the completed results but I did lose a bit already and over the course of the next few days I should see even more tightening.

I's super excited- I hope it really lives up to what it says it does!

I may even have b-pics after all

It's a machine that kinda vacuums your skin, it heats it up and rolls it out. they say its painless but the vacuum part feels like someone is pinching you- tolerable but the inner thigh hurt. It felt weird at first but I got used to it.

This is from the website : VelaShape™ features the revolutionary elos™ combination of Bi-Polar Radiofrequency (RF), Infrared Light Energy, plus Vacuum and Mechanical Massage.

It does a bit- but i don't know if it was more cause it was my first time.- I hope it works- it would be amazing!

The only thing is you can't gain weight. You can lose weight and the results stay long term but if you gain you risk getting it back. After I have a baby I am going to have to do it again.

I dont plan on having a baby anytime soon so no weight gain here hopefully. Is it pricey?

Re: i had an interesting procedure done today!!!!

hey girls! I am off to AC for the weekend of course i'm running late , I will fm those interested on monday with more details.

The real test will be a month from now when I am done with my treatments. All I could say if I did hae slight bruising which is to be expected but its light kinda like a very light hicky type. Its only in a few spots.

I can tell you tht I was pretty sore last night, its a bit better this morning but it's tolerable.

it is a bit , no not a bit it flat out is expensive BUT if it works it would be worth it. Let's just hope, really really hope it does.

Ciao for now and catch up on monday
