I am starting to do the eparty thank you cards and I am concerned on the envelopes. Is it okay for me to use labels on the envelopes or should I print them or should I hand write. I placed this on the BHB board but I haven’t gotten much feedback. Yabbobay mentioned hand writing them but I write on a curve and I don’t want to spend money on having someone do them for us. Then a couple of other people mentioned writing by hand the receiver but using labels for the address?? Not sure if I read this correctly. But I think this would look weird no?
Thanks! Wanda

Re: I have a thank you card addressing ??
I handwrote the names & addresses on the envelopes for my shower and wedding thank yous. I really prefer it, even if your handwriting is not the greatest, it just looks nicer than a label IMO. I have received a couple of thank yous with printed labels recently, and I just don't think it looks right.

I handwrote all of mine.

I used clear labels on my thanks you. I used a pretty but simple script font. I see no problem with that. I wouldn't use them on my formal invites but thank you's are not formal (at least mine aren't). Just hand write the thank you inside (I hate form printed thank yous!)...

Thanks for your suggestions. I will try writing them out. If it doesn't work, I might have to do the labels.

I will probably end up using clear labels or handwriting them.
