I HAVE AN INTERVIEW!!!!

It's for the position I had a very informal interview for a few months ago ... the co. at the time decided to hire for a position that required more experience, but it's turning out that they can't find that person and they are going to hire a slightly lower position, for which I am very qualified. I am going on Monday to meet the team I'd be working with and the HR people about benefits ... he already told me the salary, which is lower than I made at my last job (and not by just a little) but doable - it's more than unemployment - so while I will try to negotiate for a bit more, I am not sure it will happen. BUT I am excited! My dad works for the co., it's pretty close and the hours, I think, are pretty good.

MY FIRST REAL INTERVIEW!

It's at 10:30!!!!! I may be there for a few hours because they want me to meet with a ton of people. HOWEVER, I do not think it will be one of those typical interviews - I already spoke to the director, the guy I'd be working for, over lunch in feb - and so he knows he likes me, knows I can do a good job (I worked on a few small things for him to prove myself, which is what got me the lunch interview). So I doubt anyone will be asking me those dumb 'what do you think your biggest weakness is' questions! which is GOOD because I haaaate them. I was actually going to take a class on interviewing on tues at the dept of labor!

Thank you girls!! Very excited and NOT nervous since I already met the guy I'd be working for - like I mentioned, even though this is the 'formal' interview, I don't think it will be terribly formal since he already met me and knows I can do the job.
