I have BIG, HUGE, GIGANTIC, AMAZING news!!!

I'M PREGNANT!!!!

It was definitely a surprise, but a totally a welcome one, we weren't trying, but we didn't think we'd be lucky enough to have it happen so soon for us. We are so eternally grateful to be blessed with such a miracle and we're over the moon.

DH and I have actually known for quite awhile. I'm 12 weeks and change, but i wanted to wait until my 12 week appt to tell everyone. My due date is February 17th. I've been so nervous and cautiously optimistic but now I'm so happy and relieved. So, now I can breathe and stop hiding from everyone.

Thanks Colette!! I've actually been dying to ask you, but since i was still on the DL, I couldn't...but where did you get your 3d/4d sono? I know you're in Astoria like me, did you get it in the city? All the places I read about are on LI and that's so not convenient for us, the city would be easier.....

Hahahahaha!!! Sure thing, sweetie!!!! This is a cut and paste from the LIF thread where someone asked me the same thing!!!

I went here: 3DImaging They are in South Ozone Park -- I work in Midtown BUT I found an express bus on 57th & 5th that dropped me almost at their door, so it was easy to get to-DH met me there with his car and it worked out great!

*Don't be put off by the 'office' - its a teeny 1 room set up with no waiting room - you just walk in and there's the utrasound machine!! Its a little weird!! But they were very nice and very professional, DH even tipped the girl who did our pix, she was SO enthusiastic!!!!


The package was great, we got 4 B&W pics, 40 color 3d pics (on a CD), about 20 minutes of DVD footage, and 6 5x5' prints, all for $150.

They had packages that were less and some that were more. And they recommend that you do it from 26-32 weeks, the baby has a good amount of fat and you'll get good pics during that window!!!
