I HAVE HEAT!!!!!!!! But my landlady still smells

Ugh she's so annoying and ridiculous but I have heat...no help from her though.

I called a service and got an amazingly nice guy who saw my frostbitten face and felt pity. He found the problem and fixed it in 10 mintues!! I would have called him a week ago had I not been so naive to think that a landlord would do her job

Whatever...she'll be up here (she lives out of state

) in about 2 weeks to 'check things out' (like she's a plumbing/heating specialist or something

)

As much grief as she tried to give me for withholding the rent until the problem was resolved, if I'd have paid her, I wouldn't have had the cash to pay the man who fixed it.

I think she was trying to get a friend of a friend of a friend to fix it for free...she's a cheap, know it all but really knows nothing, dummy head!

Feels soooooo gooooood to be warm! DH is gonna be THRILLED!!

I felt so bad for my cat. She was huddled by the space heater all those days. I may have a pic. Now she's laying all up on the radiator. I think she's happier than we are!
