I have no idea what to do for DH for 1 year anniversary
I'm trying to think of something simple, but sweet to do for my DH for our 1 year anniversary....since we have 2 kids at home, going away for a weekend isn't exactly in the cards Any ideas? TIA!

Since the traditional 1st anniversary gift is paper, why not make him a coupon booklet full of coupons for hugs, kisses, massages, breakfast in bed, etc... He can then redeem them any time he wants.

Can you get someone to take or watch the kids for one night? Maybe you can just have one night here on LI out to a romantic dinner and then in a nice hotel room. I often babysit for my niece and nephew overnight, where a whole weekend might be a bit much for me. Happy Anniversary!

I gave DH a pencil sketch of our home. And had it framed and engraved 'our first home circa 2003'.
He loved it!

That is soooo cool!!! I wish I had one iota of artistic talent so I could do that for DH.
