I don't know what it is, but I feel like I have to take a break from life. I don't want to do anything/go anywhere.

Dont worry I didnt start working on my album until April so I was married about 10 months! Just set a goal for yourself, I wanted to make sure my photographer had all the pictures in their hands by my 11 month anniversary! It forced me to get moving! There are alot of procrastinators on here, you are NOT alone!

It took me a while too.
I am at the point where I want everything done. I want no more decisions that have to deal with my wedding day. I am done!

I plan on doing my parents albums this year but certainly not ours.....I cant see that happening anytime soon!

I think a lot of brides go through that. I *just* did my album 2 weeks ago - only 13 months after I got married. And I STILL didn't choose my portraits!

I felt the same way but I forced myself to do it last night and after seeing a recent album from my photographer Im sooo glad I got it done because now I cant wait to get ours back!

I have the same problem. I got married in December and I still haven't gotten it done. My in-laws never decided on what pics. they want in their album and that is holding us up. As well as, our album is not included in the price and I am trying to hold off until a few more months so we will have the money. I do want the album, I jut need to have the money and my in laws have to make up their minds. I will get it done soon.

It took me 3 months to get around to doing my album. Part of that was moving & the holidays & part of it was DH & the parents not wanting to look through the 1000+ pictures after the frist quick look.
Like Peabody, I jsut want it all doen now. OUr album shoudl be done in a few weeks &tehn I have to put the proofs in an album & just put everything away. Finally.
I would give yourself a break, but set a time limit, so that you will be able to get it done before you are tired of weding stuff for good.
Ours is taking about 6 months from when we started.
I am the opposite I miss wedding planning so much that picking the proofs is all I have left.
We picked ours last night and we are going to Duet tonight to give them the baby pics for the video.

I don't know if it's normal or what, but I feel the same exact way. I'd like to just slep and relax for like the next month. I thought by now (2 months post-wedding) I'd start to feel different but I don't.
I haven't even deposited our checks from the wedding....which I won't even get into because people are now starting to call to see if it got lost, etc. But, I just have no motivation for anything wedding.

I miss plaining my wedding too! I wish I could do it again! Sometimes, I find my mind wandering and thinking about what a great time I had.

We are in the process of finalizing our layout, the album color and lettering and our one year is a little bit of a week away! Our families have been asking us for a while when they are going to get there pictures. Thankfully we'll be getting this week or early next our portrait pictures so we can send those to the parents.
I found the whole album process overwhelming. So many pictures to pick from and you want to get it just right. And as has been stated already life and the everyday kicks in and there just doesn't seem to be enough time.

Oh god, me too. The proofs are sitting on my table and i have no desire to go through all them and pic just 70. And then for the parents albums too? Maybe ill do it next week.
