I've been having a lot of back problems for the past month or 2, i've been in massive pain. This cold and damp weather has not been helping. I'll try to start posting a little more....

I just want to say Thank You Ladies!!! At times the pain is really bad!!! The Doctors can't do anything for me, I've been to PT, PM. I've had all kinds of Pain Killers and nothing has helped, only temporary relief.
This winter has been the worst for me so far!!! I can't wait until the warm weather sets in!!!!
