i just saw my sis and nephew on TV!!!
I'm sitting here watching 'What Not To Wear' and all the sudden I see my stinkin cute nephews face take up the whole screen!!!!!!
My sister, her hubby, and my nephew did the taping a few mos back for a new show called 'Wasted' that will premiere on a new channel called Planet Green (its what Discovery Home is changing into on June 4th but TLC is playing the promos). They are the family that will premiere on this new show the first time it's aired. Well, I guess they're already airing promos and I saw my sis and nephew!
If you ever watch TLC, watch for the commercial (and full length feature commercial later in April) and def tune in to the show. Its supposed to be really good. Its about 'going green.' I'll update before the real episode airs in case anyone wants to watch.
Here's my nephew, btw!! (just thought id share, hes such a cutie!)
In other fun news, IM GONNA BE AN AUNT AGAIN! So that guy above is gonna be a big bro. Ah, I love being an aunt. Doesn't get any better than that.

Planet Green puts energy into 'Wasted'

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Discovery Communications' eco-friendly network Planet Green, set to launch in the second quarter, has started shooting a series in which households compete for cash by making their homes 'green.'
'Wasted' features Annabelle Gurwitch (TBS' 'Dinner and a Movie') and handyman Holter Graham helping households of people -- from families to friends to fraternities -- become more eco-friendly. The pair audit a household's waste, energy, water and transportation consumption using such tools as an eco-calculator built especially for the series with input from the Global Footprint Network.
After revealing the household's 'eco-horrors' and long-term effects on the environment, Gurwitch and Graham put them on a 'green regime' to clean up their act. Each household is given three weeks to reduce their consumption, after which they are awarded cash based on the savings they have made by improving energy efficiency and reducing waste.
For the past two years, Gurwitch has been discussing environmental issues on the NPR program 'Day to Day' and in a column for the Nation. She is writing, directing and narrating the webisode series 'My Big Fat Environmental Crises' for the Daily Green.
The Planet Green channel, formerly known as Discovery Home Channel, is set to launch in more than 50 million homes.
