I just wanted to say...

That while 2008 has been a wonderful year for all of us 08 brides...and even the 07ers who spent their first newlywed year with their hubbies...I know it has also been difficult for many of us as well. Every day I get on here and read about more and more lay offs and I know the world is a very scary place right now. I have to say though, being able to share the difficult experience with you ladies has made it easier. I pray for all you ladies experiencing the professional and financial difficulties this early in our marriages. I know it can be discouraging, especially at a time when we are expected to be 'happy newlyweds' enjoying every bit that life has to offer. IT WILL GET BETTER! I refuse to believe otherwise. I hear so many stories from other married couples who have been together FOREVER and they all went through hardships like what is upon us now so I just have to think to myself 'this is just paying our dues...one day we'll be telling OUR children and grandchildren how we struggled'

Anyway, I just wanted to let you ladies know that I am so right there with you and rooting for you (myself included). I really appreciate all the support all you ladies give on this site and i'm here to reciprocate.
