I just wanted to share how far I've come (PICS)

Congrats! My makeup artist/friend Janine had that surgery as well - its made so much improvement in her life. it is not just done for 'looks' but for the fact she couldn't even breathe after taking several steps. She has gone from 314lbs to now 124!

She gets to zip line in jamaica and go hiking up mountains upstate. She gets to go to a movie and not get starred at when she passes the food stand.

And its not just a nip zip thing and blam your done. Its a constant battle to keep from not overeating still. If you eat too much you get VERY sick. You still have to move around and you still need to do therapy to make sure you don't fall back to old habits. So YOU DESERVER

Thank so much ladies. I thank God every day for what I have and the changes I have made in my life. I am so much healthier now and happier, too. I still have to work hard to maintain my weightloss but it is worth it.
