I can imagine! i attempted to run a couple of weeks ago and it was super hard!!
good for you tho having the motivation to get back on! i ran once and that was it!

I gained so much weight so i really had no choice!! I wear sweat pants everyday because nothing fits and I refuse to buy bigger clothes!

That's great!!!!! You can't go twice until you've gone once!!!
I like to watch TV while on the treadmill or elliptical. Time flies by that way.
