We have been working on this in the car this weekend (on our travels to a wedding). We only had to pick Baby picture song (using song that DH wrote), Cocktail hour (It's just talk/Pat MEtheny), REcap (Here comes the Sun/Beatles)....rest is actual sound for our video.

The video company threw in a Kenny G song for Cocktail Hour stuff and Going to the Chapel for all of us getting out of the limos and walking into the church. If I'd have known this we would have requested other songs! We had trumpet players outside and would have rather heard them on the video then Going to the Chapel.

I gave the video company a choice of 2 songs for most segments:

Preparations - Only Time - Enya or Carribean Blue - Enya

Ceremony - Miss Sarejevo - U2 & Pavorotti

Cocktail Hour - Fly Me to the Moon or Come Fly With Me - Frank Sinatra

Recap - I Could Not Ask for More - Edwin McCain or You and Me - Lifehouse

Honeymoon Pictures - we didn't do this, but if we had, I would've used Weezer's Island in the Sun

We haven't done ours yet, but my SIL has the most perfect song for her recap - her DH actually picked it out. It's 'She' by Elvis Costello. It's something I totally would never have thought of, but it's so perfect that it kills me I can't use it. hehe!

I LOVE THAT SONG!!!! I think its from a movie. Great suggestion!
