I made an easy recipe tonight.....

Kind of winged it........

4 thin chicken breasts
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp of EVOO
oregano
garlic powder
S&P

I let it sit for about a half hour but you don't really need too...

sautee chicken....you can broil it too, I just didn't feel like waiting.....


then I made asparagus.....

Oven at 450
spread them out on baking pan
EVOO
Garlic Powder
Little lemon juice

cook for about 15 minutes....I like them a little crispy....then take it out and put grated parmesan cheese....YUMMMYYYY!! I could've just eaten that for dinner!!!
