I need a good light conditioner-any suggestions?

Lately any conditioner I use makes my hair oily and flat by the end of the day.

Does anyone have a suggestion for fine-medium straight hair?

I use Biolage leave in conditioner. On really thin hair days I wash with a degunk shampoo like neutrogena(?) and no conditioner. When I get out I use the leave in and my hair has TONS of body.
