I need a house engineer - please help!

DH and I made an offer on a house and it was accepted!!!!

We need an engineer to look at it though. Does anyone have a good one???

You may have better luck posting this on the home board on LIF. We were more than pleased with our inspector. I'll have to look at home for who we used. Personally, I wouldn't use who a seller's realtor recommends. I think there's a bias.

That # is their answering service so just tell them that you want to talk to someone about a home inspection. Usually Marcia calls you back. Tell her that Emily from Foxtons told you to call and she'll probably give you a discount.

They are great and the inspection goes much faster because there's 2 of them (1 does inside, 1 does outside). Cuts the waiting time in half! They do the inspections on the houses I buy too so I know first hand that they are trust worthy! HTH!!!
