I need ideas for what to do with a ton of decorative...

...silk rose petals, flowers, ribbons, and bows that were used to decorate my towel cake. I took it apart last night ( ) and now I have a ton of loose rose petals and flowers (all in different shades of cornflower blue and navy, matched my colors). I also have about 1 million pearl end straight pins.

My sister did such an insanely good job on this I felt bad having to take it apart!

Any ideas?

How about making a beautiful flower arrangement with it to keep on your dresser? How about making a beautiful flower arrangement that you can hang up on the wall?

I was thinking about doing something with them by decorating one of those wicker hearts, but I don't know if it's my style...

Depends on the quality of the flowers. If they are the really good silk ones (that cost a fortune!) you can use them to decorate curtain tiebacks or make a little arrangement to bring out when company comes over or a number of other things.

If they are the Micheals variety and dont have any sentimental value attached to the flowers, you might want to attach them to gifts instead of bows.
