How much did you ladies tip your vendors? My Photog./DJ/Ceremony Musician are all owners. And whats the guideline for bridal attendants? Thanks a million! 1 day to go!

I am tipping my photograhers each $200, the band is expensive enough and with 9 members (that we are feeding) I doubt we will be able to tip them, the ceremony musicians are owners so I am not tipping them, bridal attendat will be around $400 but that ALL depends on the service. I will also have some money to tip our personal waitress and the florist delivery people.
